The DeafYoga Foundation is excited to co-create with the Sivananda Organization a Teacher Training Course (TTC) for the Deaf Community. We are honored to be involved again in this mainstream training course. Last year was a huge success and we graduated 4 DeafYoga teachers into the world.

Lila Lolling, founder of DeafYoga Foundation, and Sarada Devi will be instructing the asana classes. During the philosophy lectures, led by senior Swamis (yogis) of the Sivananda lineage, we will have the assistance of Lila and certified interpreters to translate the ancient Yoga philosophy.

The DeafYoga Foundation will be offering TTC tuition scholarships (partial) as well as providing interpreting services. To accomplish this, we must raise over $15,000. To sponsor a Deaf person or give any offering, please click here.

To date, more than 23,000 people worldwide, have become certified Sivananda Hatha Yoga teachers. Five have been trained in connection with the DeafYoga Foundation.
