This Weekend Yoga Intensive will be just what you need to step into the life of a traditional yogi.  Your day begins with a Community Satsang*, then a 2-hour yoga class (perfect for beginners) and then brunch... all by 10am.  :)  Then you can participate in Karma Yoga, followed by an afternoon lecture or walk, another 2-hour asana class, dinner and Satsang.  Your lecture topics will be focused on investigating the True Nature of your Spirit.  Since we are investigating the essence of your soul, please expect a spiritual vibe to reflect within the teachings and the environment.

We look forward to meeting/seeing you soon and learning together the true meaning of Yoga.
