Narayani, Geeta and Lila are all graduates of the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course and are enthusiastic to join hearts and hands to share in a special weekend focused on cultivating mindfulness in our lives and our community.
This beautiful offering will deepen your sense of connection, calm your mind, and enhance daily living through various practices and teachings that each teacher offers. With over 15 years of experience between them, this retreat will be informative, a collaboration of talents and a wonderful journey into a home practice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Each Satsang lecture will be interpreted into ASL by Lila Lolling. During Satsang there is a 30 minute seated meditation (chairs in back), 15-20 minutes of chanting in Sanskrit (ancient India language), and a 30 minute yoga philosophy lecture interpreted by Lila Lolling. During the chanting, we use sacred India mudras, or hand shapes / signs to portray the India language meaning. These sacred hand shapes are estimated to be around 8,000 years old and their benefits are powerful. see picture to the right.
Also the Yoga Ranch has a small boutique which carries snacks, drinks, yoga books, yoga clothes, prayer shawls and beads, and so much more... so please feel free to plan for any additional purchases.
The wood-burning sauna is a co-ed traditional style Russian/Turkish sauna. It’s spectacular view of the pond offers time for purification, relaxation and contemplation. Please honor the space and keep talking to a minimum.
